The fee will be non-refundable except under the following circumstances:
Should a student be unable to get a valid study permit to enter Canada to begin studies at the school, the student will receive 100% refund of tuition fee. The application fee is not refundable.
In order to be eligible for a refund, the student must provide the following documents :
i). Proof of visa rejection, issued by the Canadian Embassy or High Commission.
ii) A letter in writing requesting a refund, signed by the student and all the original documents, including the official Letter of Acceptance and all receipts issued by the school.
If a student decides to drop a course for a valid reason before or within the first
three days of the start of the semester, the full tuition fee will be transferred to the subsequent semester. If the student drops out after
first three days of the start of the semester, none of the Tuition Fee will be refunded or transferred .
If a student is granted a study permit and decides not to register at the school or to transfer to another school, the student will not receive a refund of the tuition fee.
